Most simply, it means we work alongside our customers to achieve increased bottom-line value through emphasizing sustainable construction approaches. From our construction approaches to the materials we utilize on site, our focus is to minimize environmental disruption while maximizing employee safety, resulting in an overall reduction of capital and maintenance costs.
KSI’s approach involves working with the project team from the earliest phases of the project, implementing sustainable solutions for the engineering, procurement and construction phases. KSI has the advantage of being able to work in a variety of client environments – from EPC projects to projects requiring stand-alone Construction Management Services. Regardless of the project scope and size, KSI has the experience and expertise to be able to coordinate a project approach with maximum environmental consciousness, leading to a more successful project for our customers and our communities.
During the construction process, KSI focuses on a number of environmental priorities which lead to greater sustainability. This includes construction waste management, recycling of materials, protection of local habitats, as well as control of emissions and effluents. To promote these practices, KSI has a detailed training program which ensures that all site personnel are aligned towards a common goal of safety and sustainability.

We work with our customers to ensure that the environmental strategy addresses the concerns of our customers, all government regulations, as well as specific communities and ecosystems.
